The Battery Bender is a brand new equipment, that was R&D for transformers manufacturing plants to reduce the amount of hydraulic equipment during production process.
This equipment was designed to bend CTC and Straps for making a perfect shape, without damaging the copper wrapping paper. Working simply with a wireless battery screwdriver, instead of a classic hydraulic system.
For now our company has R&D only one type of bender which is Crossover (S shape) – Model S30-40.70E.
However, we are open for requests to R&D other models of benders with different dimensions.

S30-40.70E is a unique and exclusive model, with variable dimension L.
This equipment bends CTC an Straps with the following dimensions: A min 5 mm, A max 30 mm, B min 14 mm, B max 30 mm, L from 40 mm to 70 mm, H min 1 mm, H max 8 mm.
1. As an electric base we are using battery screwdriver BOSCH ProCORE 18V.
2. Weight ≈6,5 kg.
3. Maximum force 5000 N.
4. Equipment has a hook for attaching the balancer, for making usage easier.
5. Customers will be provided with a special Hard Case, for storing and transporting of this equipment. Our supplier is Explorer Cases.
The equipment is responding to the normative of Directive 2006/42/CE (EU OSHA);
Any other certifications of conformity could be discussed during negotiations;
The equipment can be constructed based on the customer’s requested dimensions;
Manual of Use: both in the English language and requested additional language;
Warranty: for EU 🇪🇺 countries, it is 24 months; for others, 🌍12 months;
Delivery: Depends on the busyness of the factory, normally around 90 working days after PO;
Payment terms: 50% bank transfer against P.O. + 50% bank transfer at delivery time EXW;
Factory Acceptance Test (if necessary)—in person or video call;
Temperature & Humidity: 10°C-40°C (50°F-100°F) and 20-80% RH;
Corrosion Protection: Coated or corrosion-resistant material.
