Description: This machine was designed and manufactured specifically for tipping spools containing copper strips, i.e., for turning the spool axis from a horizontal to a vertical position.
The “Dolly” was designed and manufactured to tilt spools of copper strips from a horizontal to a vertical position. It may only be used within the limits defined in the purchase order specifications, i.e., within the data specified on the CE plate and in the manual of use. As an example, the Model 5T of 2021, the mobile element can be positioned at 4 different heights:
– Pos. 1 H from the ground 685mm
– Pos. 2 H from the ground 7355mm
– Pos. 3 H from the ground 785mm

To change the working height, release the automatic lock of the base-mobile element connection pin and remove the pin from its housing. The mobile element will rise gently. Now press on the top of the mobile element until the desired height is reached, align the pin holes, and reinsert the pin. CAUTION: The pin must be fully inserted; check that the automatic locking system has actually engaged the pin.
